Most estate sales run from two or three days.  There is no typical estate sale they are all different and unique.  The largest determining factor is the amount of merchandise to be sold.

How much does it cost to have an estate sale?

There are no upfront costs to having an estate sale.  Our fee is strictly commission based.  The more we sell the more commission is earned for you.  We will mail you a check within 10 days.

Estate sales are conducted for many reasons beyond the settling of property after death.  You can hold an estate sale due to divorce, downsizing, move to nursing home.

We recommend having the estate sale before you sell as it can help boost interest in the house.

As soon as you start thinking about having an estate sale you should call.  During busy times, we may be booked as much as 4-6 weeks in advance.
